One of my most challenging rescues was Rosamud Doll. I happened to see her leg peeking out from a pile of construction waste and leaves. I was very sorry to see that someone had thrown her in a dumpster with a lot of other plastic toys. I washed the plastic toys and donated them to my local charity shop. Rosamund took many baths and many days to restore. The wet leaves had stained her body and face. Her hair was epically tangled, dirty, and smelly. But with patience and kindness, she emerged from her dumpster state to brilliance as a much-loved friend. |

Adoptable bears and dolls will be offered at kind prices. More major repairs and extended spa treatments can be booked by mutual agreement!
I will also offer advice on the care and repair of your doll and bear patients.
Rescue Bears, Crocodiles, Bunnies, and Dolls will be available for adoption. Let’s put secondhand first and keep plushies and plastic friends out of landfill. Let’s give these toys a chance at new adventures!

I’m a member of the United Federation of Doll Clubs and the Doll Club of Great Britain and I’ve been looking after bears and dolls for a few years now! From antique bisque doll re-stringing to cleaning and lining a simple plush rabbit won in a claw machine, no beloved companion is too humble or too worn for me to consider for repair.
I repair dolls and bears from my homes in London and Lancashire, England, and Nashville, Tennessee.
When I attend in-person mending events, I bring along newly repaired and refreshed patients who are excited to be adopted and to find further adventures. They are the Jeniland Doll & Bear Rescues! These dolls and bears come from last chance rodeos like sidewalks, thrift stores, charity shops, and the actual trash where they just don't belong. No bear or doll does! My rescues have had a thorough spa treatment and been mended and fluffed to their absolute fluffiest. Doll hair tamed and styled, bear fur brushed to ultimate softness.
Keep our sweet dolly and plush friends out of landfill and let them bring joy for years to come!
